We like to work with our community as much as we can, whether that is participating in food drives, helping brush back trails, helping out at races, educating people on bicycles and safety, or cleaning and maintaining bikes for folks in need. We are also always in need of volunteers to help us at the shop and for our upcoming events!

If you have a volunteer opportunity for our mechanics or would like to volunteer at our events, please email avery.cronyn@usu.edu.

We are always looking for volunteers that would be willing to donate their time to help us get more bikes on the road. This is a great working interview for future position openings at Aggie Blue Bikes or a way to gain more experience working on bikes.

Email aggiebluebikes@aggies.usu.edu to set up times to volunteer with us!

Are you inexperienced in bike mechanics and want to learn more? If so, we want you in this class! This class will teach you everything you need to know about fixing up bikes. We do ask that you find two hours outside of class to come in and practice all the new skills that you are learning.

Email avery.cronyn@usu.edu if you are interested!

Bikes & Bike Parts

We are in constant need of more bikes & bike parts. All donations go to creating more Aggie Blue Bikes or fundraising efforts. Even if you think it is pure junk, in most cases we can salvage some parts or make sure it is recycled responsibly. Please bring any donations to Aggie Blue Bikes, located between the Fieldhouse and the Military Science building on the USU campus. We prefer donations during the hours that we are open, but if we are closed you can leave donations near our door (just leave a note that says donations).

Children's Bikes

We are also in need of children's bikes in decent shape for our Aggie Blue Bikes Friends of Santa program, a program that refurbishes children's bikes and gifts them to Sub-for-Santa for distribution each Christmas. Please bring any donations to Aggie Blue Bikes, located between the Fieldhouse and the Military Science building on the USU Campus.

bikes in the shop

What shop volunteers have to say about the experience they gained at Aggie Blue Bikes:

"The other day I walked a friend home. She hadn't been using her bike because the brakes were out. It took me two minutes and no tools and it was fit to ride again. Aggie Blue Bikes is an amazing resource. I used to think a bike would be a huge investment (for a poor college student). Now that I know about the shop and all the tools, supplies and great people there; I'm fixing my own cheap bike I got at DI."
