Envelopes

Envelopes and mailing labels are part of the official university stationery system and should be used for all official correspondence.

The official university, college, or administrative unit formal mark must always be placed in the upper left corner. No other logo is permitted in this space. The return address information must be placed below the logo, following the area of isolation guidelines. Department or division names should be added to the information block located under the official mark.

Custom Envelope Exceptions

Special event marketing campaigns may create custom envelopes. All designs must follow brand standards and must be pre-approved by University Marketing and Communications, Trademark Licensing.

Mailing Labels

When there is an opportunity to brand return address labels, please follow these guidelines to ensure they meet brand standards.

  • Logo
    • The official university, college, or administrative unit formal logo is the only logo that should be used on mailing labels.
  • Address Block
    • A department or division names should be added to the information block located under the official mark. The department or division name and address block must adhere to the area of isolation guidelines
