ID Cards and Photo Badges

The university card office is responsible for processing and distributing all identification cards and photo badges. Identification cards and photo badges are official communication pieces for the university and have therefore been added to the stationery goods system for the university. 

Colleges, departments, and divisions are not allowed to create or print identification cards or photo badges.

Identification cards and badges have been designed to serve faculty, students, and staff members for the duration of their association with the university; cards and badges will be validated on an academic year basis by the university card office.  

 

The card/badge is the property of Utah State University and is for internal use only. The university is not liable for any external use or acceptance of the card. Neither the card nor any associated services or privileges are transferable. The card must be surrendered upon request.
