Actuarial Exams

Classroom Tests

USU's classroom testing location, the Academic Testing Center, is in the Merrill-Cazier Library (south entrance, facing the Business Building).  For information on taking tests for classes at this center see USU Testing Services, email testingcenter@usu.edu, or call 435-797-3617.

Independent Study, Correspondence, & Online Exams

Foundations of Reading Exam

The Utah Foundations of Reading Exam is for future teaching candidates earning their teaching license in the areas of early childhood, elementary education, preschool special education, and special education.  This test assesses proficiency in and depth of understanding of the subject of reading and writing development.

This exam may be taken at the USU Professional Testing Center, or it may be taken online from an appropriately configured testing environment.  See the Utah Foundations of Reading website for more information on preparing, scheduling, and taking the exam.
