Collaborate using Annotations in a Zoom Meeting

If you would like to collaborate with other participants, you can do so with the annotation feature (when enabled by the host). In order to utilize it, someone needs to be sharing content. From there, hover your mouse over the top of the screen until a menu pops up. Select View Options and then Annotate.

You can then use the toolbar to draw on the screen (viewable by everyone in the call). This can also be done by using the whiteboard feature found within the Share Screen menu.
