About USU Aquatics

Aquatics is proud to be an essential part of USU Campus Recreation! Our Aquatics program presents itself with one natatorium located inside the HPER Building (Map). The Aquatics facility houses a 6-lane 299,440 gallon 25 yard lap pool with high and low diving boards, and a 102,660 gallon 6-lane leisure pool.  Our pools allow us to host such programs as Lap and Leisure Swim hours, Log Rolling, American Red Cross Instructional Classes & Swim Lessons for adults and children, Employee Wellness Water Aerobics and Academic Classes such as begin swim, water aerobics & kayaking etc.

The lap pool and leisure pool can be used by any full-time student or benefited faculty/staff member with their USU ID or a community member with a guest pass during the posted pool hours (see below). During pool hours, kickboards, pull buoys, hand paddles, life jackets, and water belts are available for use - just ask a lifeguard if you need assistance. Our facility is also home to the USU Swim Club, Logan High School Swim Team & Cache Valley Panthers Water Polo Team.

USU Aquatics offers a safe and inviting environment supported by educated, enthusiastic and professional American Red Cross certified Lifeguards and Water Safety Instructors.
