Additional Notes, Tricks and Tips

With all the snow we received this year, please be mindful that some trails may not be accessible until late summer and even then you may need microspikes. Please be sure to hike with friends and hike within your comfort zone. Check the local Forest Service website for updates on local trail conditions.

We encourage all participants to follow the principals of Leave No Trace. If you are unfamiliar with these practice or have never taken the pledge; consider taking a free online awareness course here.

You can find ways to volunteer on local trails by connecting with Cache County's Adopt-a-Trail .
