Please review the Tier and Pricing guides below and use the Reservation Form Links to the right to begin submitting your request. Reservations are not final until confirmed by a Campus Recreation staff member. If you have additional questions about facility requests, please email us at campusrec@usu.edu.
Reservation requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks before the requested event date. Requests submitted outside of this window may not be considered. Tier 3 Requests and Large Event Requests (100 persons or more) must be submitted 3 weeks prior to the requested event date.
Bookings that involve food, fundraising, or specific setups always must be accompanied by a reservation request.
Student Fundraising - All fundraising requests are billable at applicable tier rates and are subject to approval by USU Advancement. Individual student projects are billable at Tier 3 rates. Confirmation documents will be required.

The first hour/week of Aggie Recreation Center rentals will be free for Tier 1 customers; after the first hour/week, an hourly rate will be charged. The ARC Indoor Climbing Wall is excluded from this provision.
